Gameexo Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the company operating the Gameexo platform and each member who uses our services. By registering or using Gameexo, you confirm that you agree to all of these Terms.

Gameexo is an online gaming and entertainment platform designed for users in Bangladesh. Our platform offers Sports Betting, casino games, bingo, and a range of other entertainment services.

These terms and conditions are published in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered the authoritative text.

• Winnings derived from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.

Gameexo is not liable for withdrawal delays caused by technical issues, bank holidays, or security verification requirements. We will, however, always work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Gameexo offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms. The general bonus conditions are as follows:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
• The wagering requirement for bonuses is generally 15–30 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• Cashback bonuses can be withdrawn directly.
• Once an offer has been accepted, it cannot be changed.

The following rules apply when playing any game on Gameexo:

• All games are powered by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.

• Winnings resulting from software errors will be considered void.
• Gameexo is not responsible for games interrupted due to internet connectivity problems.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Gameexo and will result in immediate account termination:

• Attempting to access or hack another member's account.

• Money laundering or processing of illicit funds.
• Colluding with other players.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Attempting to harass or harm other members.

Gameexo reserves the right to close or suspend accounts under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass verification or if false information is found.
• Extended inactivity for a prolonged period (over 12 months).
• At the member's own request.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Members who wish to close their account must contact customer support. Any remaining wallet balance should be withdrawn before closure. Balances on closed accounts may be forfeited after a specified period.

Gameexo is not liable for the following:

• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues.
• Delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Losses caused by unexpected technical outages.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the member's own negligence.
• If services are discontinued due to changes in law.

If a dispute arises between Gameexo and any member, the following process must be followed:

• Step 1: Submit your complaint directly to customer support. Most disputes are resolved at this stage.
• Step 2: If customer support is unable to resolve the issue, it will be escalated to senior management.
• Step 3: Third-party mediation, if agreed upon by both parties.
• Complaint deadline: within 30 days of the incident.
• Gameexo's decision shall be considered final in resolving all disputes.

Gameexo reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• A notification will be displayed on the platform.
• You will be notified via your registered email address.
• 7 days' notice will be given from the date of any changes.
• Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account. Please withdraw any remaining balance from your wallet before doing so.
